1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Market Garden platform (website or mobile app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Market Garden provides an online platform for ordering fresh produce from local markets in Kampala, Uganda. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders or provide a valid contact for delivery.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX). We accept card payments via Flutterwave and cash on delivery. Payment must be completed before or upon delivery.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Kampala and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic and demand. We will contact you if there are any significant delays.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are assigned to a rider. See our Cancellation Policy for full details. Refunds for damaged or incorrect items are processed within 3–5 business days.
